1. Once you’ve finalized the details of your ring, we’ll send you a contract to review and sign. ** Please note all prices are not inclusive of tax. **
2. A 50% deposit is required via e-transfer or cash before we begin crafting your ring.
3. After receiving your deposit, we’ll create a mock-up of your ring. This usually takes a few days. You’ll have the opportunity to review it and request changes if needed. Once approved, your ring will go into production.
4. When your ring is finished, the remaining balance is due upon pick-up or shipping.
